RETAIL VENDOR and Snack
10 x 10 $25.00 / 10 x 20 ~ $40.00 / 10 x 30 ~ $55.00
Food Vendors
10% of Net Profits on Total Sales, $25 initial deposit required before event.
15.00 per 10 feet additional size space
ALL VENDORS MUST PAY IN FULL PRIOR TO EVENT(S) REQUESTED.
Vendors set up at 12:00 pm activities begin at 2 pm
All vendors must provide their own canopies and weigh them down because we might have wind!
THERE WILL BE NO TEAR DOWNS BEFORE END OF EVENTS!
TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND VENDOR INFORMATION
ANY OUTSIDE EVENT SOLICITATION MUST BE REPORTED. WE HAVE NOT GIVEN ANYONE PERMISSION TO SOLICIT YOU!
RETAIL ITEMS:
Must be approved by the Klamath Falls Freedom Celebration!
Insurance: All Commercial Exhibitors doing business with the Klamath Freedom Celebration must have Liability insurance policy minimum limits, bodily injury shall be $500,000.00 each accident and property damage shall be $100,000.00 each accident with an aggregate of not less than $500,000.00. N/A BASIN BREW & Q a list of vendors must be supplied to Steen Sports Park vendors must sign a waiver of liability and all Vendors are liable for the below responsibilities, Steen Sports Park, and Klamath Freedom Celebration/Foundation, are not liable for any vendor activities.
VENDORS MUST CLEAN-UP AREA OF ALL TRASH AND PUT IN PROVIDED GARBAGE AREAS!
LIABILITY AND SECURITY:
KLAMATH FREEDOM CELEBRATION WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER BY FIRE, THEFT, PHYSICAL VIOLENCE, ACTS OF NATURE OR ANY OTHER CAUSES, HOWEVER ORIGINATING. THE EVENT WILL PROVIDE MINIMUM SECURITY FOR THE EVENT; HOWEVER ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN PROPERTY, EQUIPMENT, MERCHANDISE, ITS PROTECTION AND INSURANCE.
